Following the FITT formula will instantly improve the quality of your training. It is vital to address each of these components when beginning any exercise program. Type Of Exercise: Which types of exercise will you include? Cardio, strength training, aerobic exercise, and body weight are all options.Time: How much time do you want to spend exercising per session?.You can also use RPE to measure your intensity. Intensity: How difficult will a session be? Generally speaking, your workout intensity for strength training is measured by a percentage of your 1RM while cardio workouts are measured by heart rate.
